Our Services: Pediatric Therapy

Community Rehab Care offers therapy services for children and teenagers provided by a licensed clinician in a one-to-one environment. Clients may come for single services or a combination of services customized to match each child's diagnosis, functional level, developmental readiness, learning style, and needs.*

Our treatment modalities include: Play Therapy, Contextual Training, Role Playing, Drill-Based Treatment, Behavior Plans, and Functional Application.

*Skilled pediatric services are screened on a case-by-case basis to assess level of appropriateness for our setting and scope of practice. We want to make sure we are able to meet you and your child's specific needs (i.e. equipment, setting modifications, skill set, etc.) and therefore will be asking follow-up questions within the referral process. Please expect to complete our pediatric questionnaire as an essential first step in the screening process. A clinician may also seek additional screening questions to see if an evaluation is within their scope of expertise for this specific setting. After the evaluation, a treatment plan will be developed for short term skilled intervention focused on primary target goals to support.

We accept most major insurance plans. To make a referral, please call our Intake Referral Coordinator (857-304-4028) & complete our therapy referral form and pediatric questionnaire.
