Will I have more than one therapy session per day?

Clients who receive therapy services from more than one discipline will usually be scheduled for back-to-back sessions with a short break between in order to maximize efficiency, support ease with scheduling, and promote a structured schedule.

Is there a cancellation fee if I miss an appointment?

What insurance policies does CRC accept?

CRC accepts most major insurance plans. The full list can be found on our Accepted Insurance Providers page.

What will my insurance cover?

There are many differences between insurance providers and the policies that they offer. To get a clearer picture of what your policy covers, please call Member Services for your specific plan and ask them to quote you the benefit for the service you are seeking.

What if I was injured in a motor vehicle- or work-related accident?

Before starting treatment, you must submit this information to us so that we can clarify financial responsibility and coordinate your benefits.

Do I need a prescription for therapy?

Yes. All insurance providers require you to be followed by a physician so you must get a prescription for the therapy you are seeking from your physician that has treated you.

How much will therapy cost me?

There are many differences between insurance providers and policies. The best way to find out the correct cost share requirement for your plan – for example, a copay or deductible requirement for therapy – is to call Member Services for your plan. Any fees not paid by third party or insurance carrier are the client's responsibility.

How long will I be able to attend therapy?

A client’s length of stay at CRC is based on medical necessity and progress toward identifed goals. Insurance coverage may present limitations on ongoing treatment. You can find out what your insurance covers by calling Member Services for your plan.

Why do I have to call Member Services to get my insurance coverage information?

CRC calls a client’s insurance provider at the onset of treatment to get a picture of what is needed on our part before treatment, but we recommend that the client and their family/caregivers understand their plan before starting treatment so there will be no surprises regarding insurance coverage throughout their time at CRC.

Are private pay services available?

Yes. Private pay services are available. For more information, please contact our Intake Referral Coordinator (857-304-4028) or email us at newcrc@brain-injury-rehab.com
